ZF and Shandong Heavy Industry join hands to create new technology products for the new energy era

On September 19, local time, Tan Xuguang, Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, Chairman of Weichai Group, and Chairman of China National Heavy Duty Truck Corporation (CNHTC), led a team to Frederikshavn, Germany, to visit ZF Group, which is the most famous transmission maker in the global automotive industry, and to have discussions and exchanges with Dr. Haozhe Ke, CEO of ZF Group. China National Heavy Duty Truck Corporation (CNHTC) and ZF signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation and reached a consensus on deepening cooperation in the future.

Ke Haozhe said, China National Heavy Duty Truck Corporation (CNHTC) and Weichai Power are crucial strategic partners of ZF, and we signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai in April, opening a new chapter of win-win cooperation. ZF will be more open attitude, provide the most advanced core technology, support China National Heavy Duty Truck, Shaanxi Automobile Heavy Duty Truck, Weichai Power products to first-class.

During the period, Tan Xuguang and ZF Commercial Vehicle Division President Pete Lyle around the two sides of the cooperation project in-depth discussions. Shandong Heavy Industry will cooperate with ZF in the fields of heavy truck transmission, superyacht transmission, large tractor CVT and electric drive axle.
