China National Heavy Duty Truck Successfully Passed CMMI Level 3 Official Certification

Recently, China National Heavy Duty Truck (CNHTC) has successfully passed the official certification of CMMI Level 3. A set of mature standardised and institutionalised project management processes for software development and integration services has been built, and CNHTC's overall maturity in terms of software R&D capability, project management capability, solution delivery capability, etc. has been certified by international authority.

CMMI, i.e. Software Capability Maturity Model, is currently an important assessment index for the international software industry to measure the software engineering and development capability of enterprises, and is recognised as the passport for software enterprises to go to the international market, with its gold content and difficulty of certification at the forefront of the global software field.

Through CMMI Level 3 certification, the construction of standardisation and normalisation system will empower enterprises to digitise and upgrade intelligently, laying a solid foundation for continuous product innovation, service upgrading and the development of more mature industry solutions, and at the same time providing a strong guarantee for helping enterprises to innovate, upgrade and realise high-quality development.
